Questions before you start
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo in vector format (AI/EPS/PDF) or a high-res image, preferred colours, cap style, target quantity, and any reference samples. If you only have an idea, we can work from that too.
How much does a sample cost?
USD 50-150 per cap style, depending on fabric and decoration. It is refundable against bulk orders above 5,000 units.
How fast is the whole process?
Brief to 3D mockup: 24-48h. Physical sample: 3-7 days. After sample approval, bulk production runs 15-25 days; total 45-60 days including shipping.
Can I mix cap styles and colours in one order?
Yes. MOQ applies per style per colourway (usually 100 pcs). Many clients run 3-5 SKUs together in one production slot.
Do you help with design if I do not have artwork?
Yes. Our in-house design team produces sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renders. Design support is free once the order is confirmed.
