01

Inquiry & Quote

24 hours · You send a spec; we send a real number.

Tell us what you want: cap style (baseball, snapback, trucker, dad hat, bucket, 5-panel, fitted, visor, beanie, scarf, glove, mask, bag), target quantity by SKU, fabric preference, decoration method (3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, woven patch, leather patch, screen print, sublimation, transfer print), closure (snapback, strapback, velcro, fitted stretch, buckle, pull-on), and any compliance needs (SA8000, Sedex SMETA, OEKO-TEX, Disney ILS, BSCI). We reply within 24 hours with: unit price range at your quantity tier, material options with sample swatches, realistic lead time based on factory load, and any questions we need to close before sampling. If your spec is incomplete we will tell you what we need — not quote a guess. A typical first reply covers: 3 fabric options, 2 decoration methods, FOB unit price at MOQ and at 2x MOQ, EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP pricing, payment terms (30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment is standard), and a fixed sample cost.
02

Sample Development

3-7 days · A physical sample in your hands, not a 3D render alone.

Once the quote is accepted, we start sampling. First we send a 3D mockup based on your tech pack or reference image, plus material swatches. Then we produce a physical sample in 3-7 working days for caps and 5-10 days for knit accessories. Every sample ships with a sample card listing: fabric composition and weight (gsm), all trims and components, decoration placement and stitch count, color match against Pantone TPX/TCX, and a measurement chart in centimetres. We pay freight for the first sample on orders above 5,000 units; below that, sample cost (typically USD 50-150 per cap style) is refundable against the bulk order. You will get two rounds of revision included. A "revision" means a change to fabric, color, decoration placement, or construction — not a complete redesign. After two rounds, additional revisions are billed at sample cost. We do not charge for revisions caused by our error (wrong color, wrong logo, incorrect measurement).
03

Material Sourcing & Pre-Production

5-10 days · Approved fabric, approved trims, approved factory line.

We source from a qualified vendor list maintained since 1979. Mainland China fabric mills (cotton twill, canvas, polyester, acrylic, wool blends) and trims suppliers (buckles, snaps, eyelets, sweatbands, labels) are pre-qualified for SA8000 and OEKO-TEX compliance. We do not accept untraceable or unknown-origin material. For the pre-production sample (PPS), we cut and sew at least one cap on the actual bulk-production line, using the actual bulk fabric, the actual trims, the actual sewing operators, and the actual finishing equipment. The PPS is shipped to you for sign-off before mass production starts. We do not start cutting bulk fabric without your written PPS approval. A typical pre-production step takes 5-10 days and covers: bulk fabric booking and lab-dip approval, trim sample approval (you receive photos + physical samples for any new component), PPS production and shipping, and a pre-production meeting with the production line supervisor and the QC lead.
04

Mass Production

15-25 days · Cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing — all on one site.

We run production on a single integrated site: cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, washing, ironing, packing. No subcontracting to outside workshops. This is non-negotiable for any order with compliance requirements. Daily capacity by category: baseball/snapback/trucker/dad hat — 8,000-12,000 units; bucket/5-panel/fitted — 5,000-7,000 units; knit beanies/scarves/gloves — 4,000-6,000 units; bags (tote, backpack, drawstring) — 3,000-5,000 units; face masks — 20,000+ units. We run multiple lines and can scale to 50,000+ units per month across all categories during peak season. Quality happens during production, not just at the end. Every production line has an in-line QC station checking stitch count, panel alignment, embroidery registration, color consistency, and measurement. The line QC stops the line on any defect that exceeds 2% on the running sample. Daily production reports include photos, output count, and any defects caught and reworked.
05

Final Quality Control

2-4 days · AQL 2.5 inspection, pre-shipment, on-site or third-party.

Final inspection follows ISO 2859-1 normal inspection at AQL 2.5 for general inspection and AQL 1.0 for critical defects. Sample size depends on lot size: lot 1,001-3,000 to 125 units sampled; lot 3,001-10,000 to 200 units; lot 10,001-35,000 to 315 units; lot 35,001-150,000 to 500 units. Critical defects checked: open seams, broken/missing stitches, fabric flaws (holes, stains, yarn slubs), embroidery defects (missing threads, misalignment, color bleed), measurement off by more than 5mm, color match off by more than delta E 2.0 against the approved lab-dip standard. We photograph every defect category and report a count and disposition (rework / scrap / pass). You have three inspection options: factory in-house QC (default, included), your own inspector on-site (you arrange and pay), or a third-party inspection agency (we work regularly with SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, and Asia Inspection — you book and pay). We do not ship before the inspection report is shared and any defects are either reworked or, in your judgment, accepted with a discount.
